The sixth annual Orange County St. Baldrick's fundraising event will be held Sunday at Tesoro High School.
The event raises money for research to combat childhood cancer and features volunteers getting their head shaven. Hair that is cut into lengths of 8 inches or more will be used to make wigs for cancer patients.
Rancho Santa Margarita councilman Steve Baric has participated the past two years, and Tesoro principal Dan Burch this year had the Batman logo shaved onto the back of his head in the spirit of the event.
