Banking on A Job? Wells Fargo Hosts Career Fair

Wells Fargo will be holding an informational career fair on Friday at its Lake Forest branch location at the corner of Rockfield Boulevard and El Toro Road. 

Recruiters will be onsite from 2-5 p.m. to assist applicants with questions, resumé review and online application assistance. Applicants should apply online before November 15 by visiting wellsfargo.com/careers (for specific instructions see attached).   

Job openings include tellers (3798134, 3798127, 3798132, 3798118, 3798124) and personal bankers (3800274, 3800281, 3800292, 380030, 3800303).  

The basic qualifications of a teller include:

• At least one year of experience interacting with customers, demonstrated skill in use of computers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team goals.
• Positive approach in interactions with customers and team members. 
• Reliable attendance.
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays.  

The basic qualifications of a personal banker include:

• At least one year experience selling products and services and interacting with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals.
• Demonstrated skill in use of computers.
• Positive approach in interactions with customers and team members.
• Reliable attendance.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to work a schedule that includes working weekends and some holidays.

This personal banker position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.  

Preferred skills for both positions include experience in retail sales or the financial industry, previous experience meeting customer satisfaction goals, and multilingual speakers are encouraged to apply.
