Deputies Arrest Fugitive on Burglary Warrant in RSM

The deputy sheriffs in Rancho Santa Margarita Wednesday arrested a fugitive on a warrant for attempted burglary in fall of last year.

Orange County Sheriff's Deputies Wednesday arrested a fugitive in Rancho Santa Margarita on suspicion of attempted first-degree burglary of an occupied residence.

Ted Edward Duron, 19, is in jail in the James Musick Facility on $50,000 bond, according to jail records. He's due in court Friday morning for arraignment.

Prosecutors accuse Duron of attempting to committ the burglary on Sept. 17 of 2012, according to Orange County Superior Court records.

Deputies arrested Duron at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday at the 22300 block of El Paseo, the OCSD dispatch log states.
