• Crye remains uncertain about Shasta's proposed True North facility, despite growing local support (shastascout.org) — Red Bluff residents should know Tehama County supervisors just heard a detailed presentation on the proposed True North regional behavioral health facility, which could relocate there if Shasta Lake plans fall through. The project seeks major state Prop. 1 funding, promises dozens of inpatient and outpatient beds, and is drawing growing support from North State leaders even as some Shasta officials remain cautious.
