Groundbreaking held for Norco Valley Square

The mixed-use community aims to respect Norco's rich agrarian heritage while introducing new amenities to benefit all residents

NORCO, CA (November 7, 2024) – Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Thursday for Norco Valley Square, a thoughtfully designed mixed-use community that aims to respect Norco’s rich agrarian heritage while introducing new amenities to benefit all residents.

Developed by The Previti Group, Norco Valley Square includes thoughtfully crafted spaces for dining, community gatherings, recreation and residential living. The new community incorporates an agrarian-inspired architectural style, honoring Norco’s unique equestrian and rural legacy. When completed, it will feature an 11,325-square-foot, two-story clubhouse designed as a hub for social and recreational activities, complete with fitness facilities, office spaces, a community living room, and an outdoor area with a pool and spa, ideal for connecting with friends and neighbors.

The residential component comprises 320 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with garages spread across 19 three-story buildings, maintaining a low-density feel while offering modern comforts. The five acres of food-oriented commercial space will serve as a gathering place for residents and visitors alike, hosting cafes and restaurants, centered around outdoor spaces that encourage dining, relaxation and social interaction.

“In creating Norco Valley Square, we sought to respect the character and traditions that make Norco special. Our goal was to work alongside the City and local residents to bring forward a project that meets housing needs while enhancing quality of life. We are honored to contribute to Norco’s future by providing a community space that celebrates its past, brings new jobs, and supports local businesses, said Jimmy Previti, Founder of The Previti Group.
