Man Shot While Sitting In A Car In Rialto Thursday Morning: Police

RIALTO, CA — A man was shot in the head and killed while sitting in a car in the 300 block of W. Winchester Avenue, according to Rialto police. Thursday morning, just before 5 a.m., Rialto police officers responded to reports of a shooting. The man pronounced dead at the scene.
