Olympics Silver Medalist, Time Trial World Champ at Don's Bikes of Redlands

Cyclist Mari Holden, an Olympics silver medalist and time trial world champion, is scheduled to visit Don's Bicycles of Redlands on Thursday.

Holden, 42, of Ventura, won silver in the time trial at the Sydney Olympics in September 2000, and she won the Union Cycliste Internationale world time trial championship in October 2000 in Plouay, France.

She is expected to appear at Don's from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. July 25. Don's Bicycles is at 700 E. Redlands Blvd., Suite B1.

The public is invited and admission is free, according to organizers.
