Rotting Fence?

My parents moved into a home recently and the house is great! The landscaping on the other hand needs a lot of work. The fence especially! I think it has been there for hundreds of years. It is not really a fence anymore as much as it is a bunch of  twigs stuck in the ground. For Christmas I am going to have their fence redone. I am so excited!
