A woman was fatally injured in a crash Sunday on Lytle Creek Road, according to the San Bernardino County coroner.
The crash was reported as two vehicles in head-on collision at 2:41 p.m. May 19 on Lytle Creek north of Glen Helen Parkway, coroner's personnel said in a statement.
Police and paramedics arrived, and the driver of one of the vehicles, Martina Johnson, 72, of Fontana, was taken to Kaiser Fontana Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased at 3:50 p.m., coroner's officials said.
The California Highway Patrol was investigating.
