Invitation to Bid for the 2022 Summer Roof Project for Adams Middle School and Dreizler Continuation High School

Scope of Work

The Redondo Beach Unified School District is seeking a C-39 Contractor to perform re-roofing work for Adams MS and Dreizler Continuation HS

Owner will supply roofing materials.

Contractor must comply with current prevailing wage rates.

A MANDATORY job walk-through has been scheduled for April 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. starting at Adams MS and then traveling to Dreizler:

• Adams Middle School, 2600 Ripley Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90278
• Dreizler Continuation HS, 1000 Del Amo St., Redondo Beach, CA 90277
