Our divorce workshop is a nonprofit organization that is designed to equip you with the legal, financial, and emotional information you need to make the right decision for your marriage and your life.Saturday January 10 2026 it will be held at the Peninsula Center Library in the Purcell room from 9:00-12:00 pm.  If you would like more information, you may call our office at 310-891-2300.  We look forward to seeing you.

<h4>SOUNDSCAPE ORCHESTRA</h4>
Stephen Anderson is from a family of musicians. His father was a jazz pianist and he grew up listening to Count Basie orchestra, Buddy Rich, Miles Davis and many other jazz masters. Stephen played in the Torrance Youth Band, Torrance High School Band, El Camino Band, and as a professional trumpeter in numerous bands across the Los Angeles area. One of Stephen’s early trumpet influences was Chicago’s founding trumpet player, Lee Loughnane. Stephen expressed, “I love Chicago’s Rock &amp; Roll with the horns sound! I play because I like to keep swing and jazz music alive! I have a passion for the classic rock era of the 60s and 70s.”

In 2018, Stephen formed the band “Soundscape,” which brings together accomplished and award-winning musicians to be able to play the classic rock and jazz music they love, and the audience always loves. Passionate vocals top it all off and will take you on a musical trip down memory lane that will have you singing along or dancing to every song!

Soundscape has performed multiple years at the Palos Verdes Street Fair &amp; Music Festival, Fundraiser Galas, Country Clubs, various Churches, and private parties throughout the Los Angeles Area.
Individual shows: $30 purchased online in advance &amp; $40 at the door

Join South Bay Parkland Conservancy for monthly nature walks in Wilderness Parks. The walks are designed as a fun hour-long sensory experience catered to children. Topics may include Birds, Pollinators, Plant Reproduction, Color exploration, and more!

The JUNP (Junior Urban Naturalist Program) Nature walks (from 10-11AM) are guided and include reading and writing in the JUNP booklet, recommended for 2-5th grade.
The Nature Walks (11:15AM -12PM ) open to all ages are guided walks on the same topic as the JUNP.

Caring for a loved one with a dementia diagnosis can be overwhelming and stressful. Our support groups offer a safe space to address the challenges that come with caring for someone, find support amongst peers who share similar experiences and openly express your feelings around being a caregiver.
Please join us on the second Monday of the month (1/12) at 2 p.m. in the cafe at 514 N. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, 90277. Facilitated by Beach Cities Health District’s Care Managers Joy Schmidt, LCSW and Rudy Diaz, ASW. In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.
