City Offices Closed for July 4
Most city departments, along with major banks and credit unions, will be closed Monday.
In observance of Independence Day, government offices, courts, schools, libraries, banks and post offices will be closed Monday.
Trash collection and street sweeping will be pushed back by one day, according to a notice posted on the website for the city of Redondo Beach.

Post offices will be closed, including all retail services and regular mail delivery, but Express Mail, special deliveries and perishable items will be delivered.
Nevertheless, personnel from both the Redondo Beach Police and Fire departments will be on duty throughout the day.
