Well, an upcoming comedy show in Hermosa Beach is looking to help fix that.
The "Date My Friend: Single Friend Showcase" will be happening on Thursday from 7 p.m. at The Studio.

There, multiple "bold souls" will be pitching their single friends to an audience, hoping to do what Cupid hasn't — find them the love of their life.
"It’s part comedy show, part dating game, and all good vibes," according to the organizers. "Think matchmaking with a mic."

Tickets for the event, which include access to "beverage, banter and maybe a little romance," according to organizers, are $20.

The pitcher has three to five minutes to highlight their friend and what they're looking for.
