Dog of the Week: Lucky (Adopted!)

Lucky, a 3-year-old shepherd and corgi mix, has come a long way from a very abusive situation—he has learned to trust, and he's now a very happy dog.

He loves belly rubs and long walks on the Strand, though he doesn't require too much exercise.

Lucky is very playful and vocal with people, especially when he wants them to play with him. He's also a great watch dog. Otherwise, he doesn't bark too much.

Lucky loves other dogs, but he should probably be the only dog in a home with an active family.

Lucky is neutered, current on all his vaccinations and micro-chipped.
