Scooter is a 1 1/2-year old Dachshund mix who needs a loving, safe home after he was found on the streets of South Central Los Angeles.

He's a wonderful dog that wants to please his owner and love everyone, and he gets along beautifully with other dogs, big and small.

Scooter would do best with a family with children who will take him on long walks and to play at the dog park.

Scooter is neutered, microchipped and current on all his vaccines and medical care.
