It's not Scantlin's first time in jail. He was arrested in July when a traffic stop in Burbank turned into a two-hour police standoff.
People, citing a Vice report, noted Scantlin made headlines earlier this month with a "worrying performance at a charity concert and later claiming he 'was roofied' before the show by one of his ex-bandmates."
