According to his page on Redondo Union's website, Rosadini spends lunchtime on Thursday tutoring his students. He is also involved with the high school's Safe Schools Ambassadors program.

"[Rosadini] has always shown respect towards my son," Moreno said, noting that the teacher "has always been there" to listen and help her son "in any way he can."
Rosadini has taught at Redondo Union for seven years.
