Upscale Beachside Restaurant Opening In Redondo Beach

REDONDO BEACH, CA — A new restaurant that will offer a sophisticated coastal dining experience is set to open in Redondo Beach this spring.

Montauk aims to combine coastal elegance with culinary artistry to elevate Redondo Beach's dining landscape. Guests who dine at Montauk can expect fresh, locally sourced ingredients for brunch, lunch and dinner, according to the restaurant owners.

McClinnahan is most known for his innovate ventures in the music and luxury goods industries. With Montauk, McClinnahan aims to draw upon his years of travel, collaborations with world-class chefs and expertise in branding to craft a new culinary destination.

In 2012, McClinnahan introduced The 5-Course Menu of the Evening in collaboration with The Macallan, a distillery based in Scotland. The concept has attracted partnerships with luxury spirit brands and redefined the region's fine dining scene by pairing premium spirits with gourmet cuisine.

Led by Executive Chef Rob White, Montauk's menu will offer a sophisticated alternative to the South Bay's more casual dining spots. The restaurant's sommelier-curated wine list and exclusive after-hours lounge sets out to add an intimate dimension to Redondo Beach's nightlife.
