WOW Air Offering Flights to Europe for $70

LOS ANGELES, CA -- If you've always wanted to take that European vacation, now is the time to do it. WOW air, Iceland's ultra-low cost airline, is offering flights from LAX to several European cities for $70.

For a limited time, you can book a flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Stockholm, Sweden; Copenhagen, Denmark; Bristol, England; and Edinburgh, Scotland for $69.99. The returning flights are at regular prices, however.

Fares went on sale this week and will be offered for flights between Jan. 15, 2017, and April 5, 2017.

"WOW air's goal is to enable everybody to fly by offering the lowest fares on the market," WOW founder and CEPO Skúli Mogensen said. "I am very proud that by offering $69.99 USD fares we are enabling thousands of people to travel that otherwise could not afford it."

Launched in November 2011, WOW air flies to 31 destinations across the U.S. and Europe.
