1 Arrested After Catering Van Stolen From Redwood City Restaurant: Police

The van was recovered and returned to the business, police said.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A restaurant catering van stolen from a parking lot in Redwood City has been safely returned to the business, according to police.

The theft was reported last month, police said Friday, and the Redwood City and Menlo Park police departments worked together to locate the van, arrest a person and return the vehicle to Zareen's restaurant.

"We’re grateful for the teamwork that brought this case to a successful resolution and for the opportunity to support one of our valued local businesses," the Redwood City department said in a social media post.
