4th Of July Poop Patrol Out In Force For Peninsula Parade
DoodyCalls will be called out to pick up horse poop following Redwood City's equestrian entrants that relieve themselves.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — This Peninsula city doesn't horse around when it comes to keeping its community clean.
That's why the five volunteers with DoodyCalls have shown up for six years to pick up after the horses lining the parade route in downtown Redwood City for the huge Fourth of July festivities. The San Mateo pet waste removal company will again volunteer to follow the horses and pick up the droppings.
DoodyCalls is a crowd favorite, getting the loudest roar from the crowd as their scoopers put on quite a show twirling their rakes and taking big bows as the mascot Doodles waves to the audience.

“We love the parade, especially the horses and cowboys, but every year cleaning up the streets after them is a big task,” owner Rick Nava said. “We decided that the best way we can show our appreciation for the remarkable parade is by doing what we do best.”
The parade attracts thousands of spectators.
