We are the only organization that delivers essential services and personalized support to connect the people living in poverty among us to the full range of resources and services they need. Atherton code 94027 took the top spot for the fifth year in a row, with a median price of $7.75 million, according to the report. It was followed by Miami Beach code 33109 in Florida at $6.1 million and Sagaponack code 11962 in New York at just under $6 million. To determine the country's costliest zip codes, RealtyHop analyzed over 3 million for-sale listings in its database from Jan. 1 to Oct. 15, sorting them by zip code and ranking the codes by median list price. The real estate website described Atherton as a community that "resides in the heart of Silicon Valley and boasts large, luxurious homes." California's second-most expensive zip code is Newport Coast code 92657 at $4.97 million, and Santa Barbara code 93108 is third at $4.85 million.
