Car Wash Saturday to Benefit Education Foundation

All proceeds from Saturday's car wash will be donated to the Redwood City Education Foundation.

It's summertime and your car deserves a good washing. On Saturday, June 30, will be hosting a car wash at at 2581 Spring Street in which all proceeds will go to the Redwood City Education Foundation.

Suggested donations will be $10, but everyone is free to donate what they wish.

The Redwood City School District is one of the lowest funded districts that feed into the . However, voters , a parcel tax that will generate approximately $1.5 million for the K-8 district.
