City Hosting Town Hall For Woodside Road Fire Survivors
A town hall for the Woodside Road fire survivors will be held in Redwood City in the week ahead.

A town hall for the Woodside Road fire survivors will be held in Redwood City on Tuesday night. City officials are hosting the event to explore the current situation and determine what community members need.
"It's a great collaborative effort involving the Red Cross, San Mateo County, Redwood City, the Mental Health Association, CAMINAR, Project Access, and Salvation Army," said Malcolm Smith, city of Redwood City communications manager.
The event is open to the public and begins at 7 p.m. in the Fair Oaks Community Center, located at 2600 Middlefield Road.
People can continue to help fire survivors by donating money or gift cards.
Checks can be dropped off at any Wells Fargo bank and addressed to "Redwood City Woodside Road Fire Victims Support Fund." Put account No. 2785121639 in the memo section.
The Salvation Army is accepting gift cards for the survivors at two locations, 660 Veterans Blvd. and 628 Woodside Road.
