Education Center In Redwood City Park To Reopen This Weekend

The Bill & Jean Lane Education Center at Edgewood Park will resume operations on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Mar. 5.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A Redwood City education center is reopening this weekend.

The Bill & Jean Lane Education Center at Edgewood Park will resume operations on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Mar. 5.

Edgewood Park contains “rare and interesting life forms, fascinating soils and a mosaic of plant communities and wildlife habitats,” according to the County of San Mateo Parks Department. It is a place for children, nature seekers and park visitors to learn about the habitats in the park.
