Missing Man, 70, Considered At Risk In Redwood City
Police sent out an alert at just before 7 a.m. to report he was missing.
REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police reported a 70-year-old man last seen at a senior care facility Thursday in Redwood City was missing.
Norman Clifford was last seen at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the Hawthorne House Senior Care Facility located at 251 Jackson Ave.

Clifford is at risk due to being diagnosed with schizophrenia and has major cognitive decline, police said.

He is described as 5 foot 6 inches, 180 pounds with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Running Bull fleece jacket, white shirt and dark pants.
