Missing Peninsula Man Found Safe (Updated)
Authorities were asking for the public's help locating a missing Peninsula man last seen at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Redwood City.
SAN MATEO COUNTY,CA — A Peninsula man sought by authorities has been found safe.
Alessandra White, the mother of 25-year-old Richard Punquieli, posted on Nextdoor that her son was found early Wednesday morning in San Francisco.
Punquieli was found "around 3:00 am in San Francisco, without shoes, jacket , backpack, computer and wallet with his ID all gone," White's post said.

Punquieli had last been seen at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Bradford Street in Redwood City, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office wrote on the agency’s Facebook page.
He had been arrested on suspicion of trespassing Oct. 21 in Moss Beach and hadn’t been seen since he was released from Maguire Correctional Facility the next day, The Half Moon Bay Review reports.

Punquieli was diagnosed with autism, White, told the publication.
