How Will Crossing 900 Construction Affect Downtown Parking?
Shuttles, free weekend and weeknight parking, and an Ambassador Program will help relieve the holiday parking crunch during the construction of Crossing 900.

As the construction of Crossing 900 continues, and holiday shopping and parties along with block buster movie season upon us, the City team wants to remind you that we have FREE parking in our County Garage which is a five minute walk away from core downtown, a FREE limo-style shuttle if you prefer not to walk, and friendly "parking ambassadors" to help provide guidance from now through the holiday season.
Week Nights and Weekends
We have 797 reasons you should park in the County Garage weeknights and weekends. There are 797 FREE, yes FREE, parking spaces in the County Garage at Middlefield and Veterans weeknights and weekends. Not only will you save a little money, but you will get five minutes worth of exercise as you walk from the garage.

The initial plans for the route will proceed down Middlefield with connections to Broadway, Main Street, and Theatre Way. The route is subject to revisions based on ridership. The shuttle is able to hold up to 30 passengers and will have various stops. It will circulate continuously during this time frame to offer County Garage parkers a viable transportation means to get to the Downtown Core and its related businesses.
