Suspected Peninsula DUI Crash Injures 2
The driver failed a field sobriety test and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, authorities said.
SAN MATEO, CA — The suspect in a Peninsula suspected DUI crash over the weekend that injured two people has been arrested, police said.
The suspect failed a field sobriety test and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the San Mateo Police Department said.
The victims were transported to an area hospital with minor-to-moderate injuries, police said.

The crash occurred Saturday night in the area of El Camino Real and Hobart Avenue, police said.
“Let this be a reminder that no one is safe from a drunk driver,” San Mateo police wrote on the agency’s Facebook page.
