SAN MATEO, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help investigating a shooting that occurred Monday afternoon in San Mateo.

No injuries were reported in connection with the shooting, which is believed to have occurred between 2 and 2:15 p.m. in the area of Fathom Drive, police said.

No additional information was immediately available.

Anyone with video surveillance cameras in the area of Fathom, Armada, Trader Lane, Bridgepointe Parkway and Fashion Island that captured anything that seems suspicious between 2 and 2:15 p.m. Monday is asked to call the San Mateo Police Department at (650) 522-7700.
