REDWOOD CITY, CA — An affordable housing community in Redwood City is accepting applications.
The 125-unit affordable housing complex at 353 Main Street includes 62 Section 8 project-based voucher units, with studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available.
Preferences will be given to families who live or work in San Mateo County. The maximum annual income to be eligible ranges from $63,950 for a one-person household to $98,700 for a five-person household.

The application opened April 18 and runs through May 9, after which all applicants will be placed on a wait list. The order of the wait list will be determined by a lottery.
