Redwood City Delays Choosing Election Redistricting Map
The city council opted to make changes to one proposed map, and will discuss it further at the next meeting.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Redwood City delayed on advancing an election redistricting map at its meeting Monday, instead opting to make changes to one proposed map to adjust the grouping of mobile park homes to more similar neighborhoods, the San Mateo Daily Journal reported.
The city held its fourth public hearing on the election redistricting process Monday, where it voted 6-1 to bring back a new version of the C2 map to discuss at the next meeting.
According to the most recent version, Plan C2 keeps Redwood Shores in a single district, and Farm Hill and Canyon in one district. Eagle Hill, Central and Roosevelt would be in a district. Portions of Woodside Plaza and Palm would be grouped together.
