The Peninsula's oldest and largest farmers' market returned to Redwood City on Saturday with extended hours.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — The Kiwanis Farmers Market returned over the weekend to kick off another season in Redwood City, running an extra hour on Saturdays and adding a few new vendors this year.
Opening Day was April 15, and San Mateo County neighbors can find the market at the corner of Arguello and Bradford streets each Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
New vendors include Street Stix, specializing in Filipino street food, Jaden's Kettle Corn, and Crepes Divine. Agricultural and food vendors interested in participating can still join the fun — just send an e-mail over to the organizers.
