Redwood City Police Seek Men Who Assaulted Bar Patron
Witnesses told police the group of men then fled the scene in several vehicles in different directions.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police are searching for a group of men involved in an assault early Monday at a bar located at 840 Brewster Avenue.
Redwood City police responded to a 2:18 a.m. report of a fight at Wine Bar and found a victim unconscious with head injuries. Witnesses told police the victim was assaulted by a group of men who had been drinking in the bar, that the men punched the victim, who fell to the ground, and that the men continued punching and kicking the victim.
Witnesses told police the group of men then fled the scene in several vehicles in different directions.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive the injuries.
