At 8:46 a.m. on Monday, the Redwood City Police Department sent out an alert advising locals to avoid the area of Roosevelt Plaza and 2147 Roosevelt Ave. due to a fire investigation.
Redwood City Fire and police units are on the scene of a fire investigation and the area is closed until further notice
