REDWOOD CITY, CA — The Redwood City Planning Commission will host a study session on how the city should implement Senate Bill 9, a statewide law that allows the subdivision of single-family residential zones into four units.

The study session will include an overview of the law and what proposed changes residents should expect in the city’s zoning code to implement SB 9.
