Two Women Assaulted, Robbed Walking To Real Estate Open House

One woman suffered a head injury and was rushed to the hospital Sunday afternoon from the scene that occurred on Nassau Drive.

REDWOOD CITY, CA -- San Mateo County sheriff's deputies are investigating a robbery
that targeted victims walking toward an open house for real estate viewing in unincorporated Redwood City on Sunday afternoon. The robbery occurred at about 3:05 p.m. in the 2000 block of Nassau Drive.

The female victims were walking toward the open house when two male suspects pushed them down and robbed them of their personal belongings, according to the sheriff's office. One victim suffered a head injury and was taken to a hospital. An update on her condition was not immediately released.

The suspects fled and were last seen heading east on Nassau Drive in a black four-door Nissan Altima, sheriff's officials said.
