California Highway Patrol Escort Geese Off Roads

The family of geese are safe after being escorted by Golden State cops.

OAKLAND, CA -- A family of geese were safely escorted off a California highway Saturday afternoon by a police officer. The California Highway Patrol said two officers found two adult geese and several ducklings wandering on the Bay Bridge toward Treasure Island.

"They received a CHP escort of several miles and all safely off to land thanks to Trainee Officer Torres and his Field Training Officer Ratto," the CHP wrote on Twitter.
