A man's body was found near the corner of Moraga and Pleasant Valley avenues about 4 p.m. today (Wednesday), according to Oakland police. The discovery shut down traffic and brought helicopters overhead. Oakland police Lt. Chris Bolton tweeted about 5 p.m.: "Unresponsive man found near Moraga &amp; Pleasant Valley pronounced dead. Undetermined cause of death, but no threat to public safety." Piedmont Patch will add to this article when more information is available.
