Childrens' Aikido and Self-defense Classes

This series of  childrens' classes will introduce the basic techniques and philosophy of Aikido (the Art of Peace), plus skills from other martial arts. Students will learn practical methods of self-defense while increasing balance and mobility. We will also practice situational awareness and techniques to prevent bullying . These classes offer individualized instruction, and no previous martial arts experience is required. We meet Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 4:15 pm - 5:45 pm. Jan.13 – March 11.
