SANTA ROSA, CA β€” A man was arrested after police found more than 3 pounds of methamphetamine while executing a search warrant in Santa Rosa, authorities said.

The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant July 16, with K-9 Duke finding the drug in David Groth’s apartment and vehicle, according to authorities, who said Groth had nearly 3.5 pounds of methamphetamine.

Groth was detained, arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale and committing a drug-related offense with two prior drug convictions, and booked into county jail with no bail, police said.
