Thursday, March 31

12:44 a.m. Phuc Tran, 38, was arrested on Fairway Drive and Golf Course Drive for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

3:50 a.m. Timothy Palmer, 48, of Verano, was arrested at 303 Enterprise Dr., in Rohnert Park for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm in a public and for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle. Two charges were felonies, two misdemeanors. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

4:10 a.m. A woman, 19, was cited for public drunkenness at 8669 Lancaster Dr. Rohnert Park.

12:32 p.m. Samuel Bernstein, 27, of 5425 Snyder Ln. in Rohnert Park, was arrested at 210 Southwest Blvd. for false imprisonment with violence/fraud, threatening someone with intent to terrorize him or her and threatening a witness with force. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

5:32 p.m. Elodie Meyer, 64, of Novato, was arrested at 555 Rohnert Park Expy. for possession of a switch blade knife with the intent to sell and for violation of probation. Both are misdemeanors.

11:14 p.m. Hugo Diaz-Soto was arrested and booked for indecent exposure at 6590 Commerce Blvd. #D, Rohnert Park. It's a misdemeanor.

Wednesday, March 30

12:42 a.m. Vincent Glascow, 27, was arrested at home, 135 Alma Ave., Rohnert Park, for spousal abuse. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

2:17 a.m. Kyle Pembroke, 26, of Rohnert Park, was arrested and booked for possession of narcotics and driving under the influence. 

12:20 p.m. A juvenile was cited at 1439 Gold Wy., Rohnert Park for possession of a weapon at school.

1:20 p.m. Christopher Compton, 25, of Nevada City, was arrested or a felony count of using someone else's identification to get credit.

9:07 p.m. Kayne Matherne, 34, who lives on Snyder Lane, was arrested for inflicting injury on a child. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Tuesday, March 29

9:03 a.m. Michael James, 51, of 11 Alexis Dr., Rohnert Park, was arrested for spousal abuse. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

7:19 p.m. Douglas Thoreson, 50, was arrested on the Commerce Boulevard onramp going toward Santa Rosa for felony count of possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation and for an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

9:50 p.m. Jose Ramirez-Ortiz, 26, of 128 Fiesta Ln., Rohnert Park, was arrested and booked for spousal abuse at 1014 Golf Course Dr.

11:28 p.m. Jone Feoko, 23, was arrested at Labath Avenue and Rohnert Park Expressway for possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic needle. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Monday, March 28

2:25 a.m. Michael McEachern, 22, of Rohnert Park, was arrested for driving under the influence and violation of probation, at Avram Avenue and Commerce Boulevard.

12:05 p.m. Three juveniles and a woman, 18, were cited for petty theft/shoplifting at 4625 Redwood Dr.

6:15 p.m. Jessica Downs, 26, was arrested and booked for vandalism, public intoxication and for an outstanding warrant. 

9:44 p.m. Jose Yah Bermon, 28, was arrested at Holly Avenue and Snyder Lane in Rohnert Park for driving under the influence, violation of probation and driving without a license. 

10:30 p.m. A woman, 19, of Rohnert Park was arrested for driving under the influence at Adrian Drive and Burton Avenue.

Sunday, March 27

1:47 a.m. Two 18-year-old males and a male, 19, were cited for minor possession of alcohol.

4:04 a.m. Steven Ortiz, 21, was cited for driving under the influence.

3:49 p.m. Kristina Kleb, 45, was arrested and booked for grand theft from a building and for violation of probation. 

7:48 p.m. Senorino Campos, 54, of Santa Rosa, was arrested for possession of controlled substances.

Saturday, March 26

11:15 a.m. Antonio Guerrero, 26, was arrested at 4990 Commerce Blvd., Rohnert Park for a felony count of driving under the influence, DUI with prior convictions, violation of probation, driving on a suspended license, driving while talking on the phone and no proof of registration or insurance. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail. 

2:19 p.m. Suzanne Lockwood 54, of Penngrove, was arrested at Commerce Boulevard and Redwood Drive for possession of narcotics, violation of probation and displaying false proof of registration.

Friday, March 25

2:10 a.m. Shyla Medina, 28, was arrested and booked for spousal abuse at 746 Bonnie Ave., Rohnert Park.
