6:09 a.m. James Williams, 41, of Cotati, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia at 6288 Redwood Dr. in Rohnert Park. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

4:35 a.m. Four juveniles were cited for vandalizing property at Hillview Way and Holly Avenue, and for public intoxication.

2:39 p.m. Luis Salgado, 18, of Rohnert Park, was cited for possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana and violation of probation.

Saturday, April 16

12:42 p.m. Elyse Dorman, 23, was cited for possession of a controlled substance and a syringe at 914 Kirsten Ct.

12:47 p.m. Also at Kirsten Ct., Greg Steinhauer, 46, of Rancho Cordova, was cited for vandalism of $400 or more.

Friday, April 15

2:47 a.m. Patrick Hare, 25, of Santa Rosa and Raymond Strubeck, 21, of Penngrove, were arrested at 7165 Burton Ave. in Rohnert Park for violation of probation. Both men were booked.

3:27 a.m. Hugo Barragan, 28, Santa Rosa, was arrested on Commerce Blvd. for multiple felonies, including domestic violence and threatening someone with intent to terrorize them. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

10:34 a.m. John Mynatt, 49, was arrested at Commerce Boulevard and Rohnert Park Expressway for possession of controlled substance, stealing a shopping cart and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:33 p.m. John Medina, 27, was arrested on Ventura Avenue in Santa Rosa for spousal abuse, stalking, being a member of a criminal street gang and threatening someone with intent to terrorize them. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail,

Thursday, April 14

2:39 p.m. Carlos Lopez, 28, was arrested at 6298 Redwood Dr. for spousal abuse. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

3:45 p.m. Jessica Valencia, 23, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 311 Rohnert Park Expressway for tampering with a vehicle and possession of a switch blade. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

6:30 p.m. Tyron Hammond, 29, of Rohnert Park, was cited for threatening someone with intent to terrorize them.

9:19 p.m. Michael Hoefer, 23, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 136 Santa Alicia Dr. for false imprisonment, spousal abuse and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Wednesday, April 13

1:50 a.m. A homeless woman, 33, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 201 Southwest Boulevard. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

7:48 a.m. Jorge Mendez, 28, of Santa Rosa, was arrested for using someone else’s credit card and for giving false identification to police officers at 475 Rohnert Park Expressway. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

9:04 a.m. A juvenile was cited at Raley’s Town Centre for possession of a controlled substance.

7:28 p.m. Stan Green, 58, of Rohnert Park, was arrested for driving under the influence. He had a .08 blood alcohol level. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

8:01 p.m. Ted Kruse, 55, of Rohnert Park, was arrested for domestic violence, possession of a deadly weapon and threatening someone with intent to terrorize them. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Tuesday, April 12

12:25 p.m. A homeless woman was arrested for public intoxication on Country Club Drive. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:02 p.m. Bradley Brannon, 30, was arrested for public intoxication and violation of probation at 652 Alicia Dr. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Monday, April 11

2:47 p.m. Travis Burdette, 30, of Redwood City, and James Kullman, of Rohnert Park, were arrested for shoplifting at 6340 Commerce Blvd. They were booked at Sonoma County Jail.

5:37 p.m. A Rohnert Park man, 18, was arrested for possession of known stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.
