8:16 a.m. Matthew Mulholland, 27, of Rohnert Park, was arrested on Rohnert Park Expressway for a two felony counts including false imprisonment, aggravated assault with injury and for violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

1:03 p.m. Timothy Palmer, 49, of Verano, was arrested at 215 Enterprise Dr. for a felony count of possession of a controlled substance and syringes. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail,

7:46 p.m. Heidi Kehoe, 42, of Cotati, was arrested at 555 Rohnert Park Expressway for public intoxicatoin and violation of probation. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Monday, Sept. 12

3:12 a.m. Taylor Herbert, 21, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 601 Rohnert Park Expressway for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:55 a.m. Jeffrey Werre, 53, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 4601 Redwood Dr. for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, violation of probation and an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

8:37 p.m. Jason Coppla, 38, of Petaluma, was arrested at 6370 Commerce Blvd. for using controlled substances and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Sunday, Sept. 11

11:10 a.m. Bryan Hufford, 22, of Petaluma, was cited at Raley's Town Centre for driving on a suspended license and speeding.

6:12 p.m. Henry Greer, 38, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 95 Arlen Dr. for battery and a felony count of threatening someone with intent to terrorize them. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Saturday, Sept. 10

3 p.m. Melissa Coon, 41, of Rohnert Park, was cited for battery at 774 Carlita Cir.

5:50 p.m. Sinclair Blackwell, 33, of Santa Rosa, was cited 6288 Redwood Dr. for displaying false proof of registration and driving on a suspended license.

6:22 p.m. Jose Gonzalez, 33, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 42 Rancho Verde Cir. for resisting arrest, battery on an officer, possession of narcotics and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

Friday, Sept. 9

3:24 p.m. A juvenile, 17, was arrested at 1157 Cielo Cir. for shoplifting and a felony count of receiving stolen property.

6:18 p.m. Two juveniles, ages 11 and 12, were cited at 6340 Commerce Blvd. for shoplifting.

Thursday, Sept. 8

2:33 a.m. Rosa Newman, 46, a homeless woman, was arrested at 7450 Cristobal Way for trespassing. She was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:50 a.m. Michael Koeblen, 22, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 7480 Santa Barbara Dr. for making and selling a dangerous weapon and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

11:50 a.m. Kyle Massey of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 7480 Santa Barbara Dr. for violation of probation and possession of 28.5 grams of marijuana. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

5:51 p.m. Osorio Sergio, 21, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 311 Rohnert Park Expressway for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and for having an outstanding warrant. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

10:22 p.m. Joshua Kilgore, 35, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at the intersection of East Cotati Ave. and Old Redwood Highway for pubilc intoxicaton and violation of probation.

Wednesday, Sept. 7

11:46 a.m. Joseph Bernsten, 35, of Rohnert Park, was arrested at 6650 Commerce Blvd. for multiple felonies including burglary, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation. He was booked at Sonoma County Jail.

1:02 a.m. A juvenile, 13, of Rohnert Park, was cited at 5154 Snyder Ln. for battery an violation of probation.

2:57 p.m. A juvenile, 17, of Rohnert Park, was cited at Avenida Cala and Snyder Lane for fighting.
