Rosemont Alum Aleshia Ayers Makes Villanova Dean's List

The Rosemont High School softball star is earning classroom accolades.

Aleshia Ayers, a Rosemont High School graduate and former Wolverine softball star, is being recognized for her grades at Villanova University. She plays outfield for that school's softball team.

VILLANOVA, PA (02/27/2013)(readMedia)--Β Aleshia Ayers, from Sacramento, Calif., was named to the Dean's List at Villanova University for the fall 2012 semester. Ayers is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the College of Engineering.

Villanova University Dean's List recipients are honored by their college's respective dean. To qualify, one must be a matriculated full-time student and earn a semester grade point average of at least 3.5.The College of Nursing requires students to earn at least a 3.5 for the academic year.
