Business News: Article Salon Closes After Fire

I happened to be walking around the Fountains at Roseville last night and in between Z Gallerie and , I noticed something missing: .

There’s no sign for the salon left — just a notice on the doors saying that the 6,876-square-foot space is available for rent.

A and caused between $25,000 and $35,000 in damages, according to the Roseville Fire Department. They believe the fire was an electrical fire that started in the wiring of the salon’s attic space.

At the time, they anticipated the salon would be closed for a few days because of the damage.

I’ve put a call into Yoncie Griswold, the Fountains at Roseville manager, to get more information, but it looks as though Article Salon & Spa will not re-open.

In the meantime, I'm curious — were you a customer at Article Salon & Spa? What do you think of the news that it will not re-open? What would you like to see here instead?
