County to Hold Candidate Workshop in Roseville July 9

Those interested in running for local office can attend a free candidate workshop.

If you’re thinking of running a campaign for a spot in a local office, you can take advantage of one of Placer County’s free candidate workshops. You'll get a chance to ask questions and listen to guest speakers to help you make the important decision whether or not to run.

The Placer County Office of Elections is hosting a workshop in Roseville at 6 p.m. Monday, July 9 in the .

The workshop comes a week prior to the beginning of candidate filing. Candidates can officially file starting July 16 through Aug. 10.
