Nov. 9: Local Author Storytime, Senior Commission Meeting

Today in Roseville, there’s a storytime for kids and a meeting for older adults.

Local Author Storytime – Jack May, author of “Jumpin’ Jackie: The Cow that Jumped Over the Moon,” will hold a storytime and book signing at the of Roseville location at the Westfield Galleria at Roseville. The storytime runs from 11 a.m. to noon today.

Senior Commission Meeting – The City of Roseville’s Senior Commission meets today at 2 p.m. at the Maidu Community Center. The seven-member commission looks at issues like recreation, nutrition, education and long-term care programs for older adults. For more information, call 916-774-5978.
