Roseville Man Creates 'Hound Dog Bo' Holiday Version

Chris Nelson's "Hound Dog Bo" song became an instant hit when he shared it with Pat and Tom's radio show on 105.1 KNCI in October 2011. Now, the Roseville resident is at it again - this time with a holiday version.

Called "Under the Mistletoe," Nelson sent Pat and Tom the song recently, according to the station's website.

One Pat and Tom listener said it was fun and catchy, on KNCI's Facebook page.

When the Roseville Press Tribune did a question-and-answer with Nelson in October, he said he had no idea his "Hound Dog Bo" song would become so popular.

"It’s just got a catchy ring to it. I think the way it is delivered in the song, not to claim or say that I’m a wonderful singer, but I think the way it came across and comes out in the song is catchy," he told the Roseville Press Tribune.

Last month, he also sent in a Monday Night Football version.
