Roseville residents will get the chance to vote for candidates for three open seats on Roseville City Council come November.
General elections will be held Tuesday, Nov. 6. The candidates' filing period began July 16 and runs through Aug. 10.
Three Roseville City Council seats will be available; Councilman John Allard will have "termed out," while Mayor Pauline Roccucci and Councilwoman Carol Garcia will be eligible for re-election if they choose to run. The term begins Dec. 11.

Although all the official candidates won't be available until the filing period ends, some preliminary information on potential candidates is available now, according to various sources.
Eight people have pulled or filed papers for Roseville City Council as of Thursday afternoon, Aug. 9, according to the Roseville City Clerk office and the Placer County Elections Office.

Incumbent Pauline Roccucci — According to the Placer County Elections Office, Mayor Roccucci filed papers to seek re-election for another four-year term. Visit her campaign website here.
Incumbent Carol Garcia — Garcia has filed papers to seek re-election, accoriding to the Placer County Elections Office. Visit her campaign website here.
Scott Alvord — Alvord has pulled papers, according to the Roseville City Clerk office. Alvord is the president of the Downtown Roseville Merchants Association and owner of A Dash of Panache in Downtown Roseville. Visit his campaign website here.
Bonnie Gore — Gore has pulled papers, according to the Roseville City Clerk office. Gore is a community and government relations manager for Kaiser Roseville. Visit her campaign website here.
Phil Ozenick — Ozenick has filed papers, according to the Roseville City Clerk office. He is involved in Friends of Roseville, a local watchdog group.
Tracy Mendonsa — Mendonsa has pulled papers, according to the Placer County Elections Office.
John Schwartz — Schwartz has pulled papers, according to the Placer County Elections Office.
Kevin Howard Levine — Levine has pulled papers, according to the Placer County Elections Office.
